Hailey’s Senior Photos on Mt Hood and at Trillium Lake
Some seniors pick a park. Hailey picked a mountain. We started in the wildflower meadows on Mt Hood at golden hour and ended on the shore of Trillium Lake with alpenglow on the peak, and every frame in between looks like a magazine spread. Here is her session, and why the mountain might be the right backdrop for yours too.
Where did Hailey’s senior photos happen?
On Mt Hood itself. We began in the alpine meadows near Timberline, where July wildflowers bloom against the snowfields, then finished at Trillium Lake as the last light turned the mountain pink above the water. The two spots are a short drive apart, which makes them an easy pairing for one unforgettable session.
What was Hailey’s session like?
Golden and unhurried. Hailey brought a flowing white dress that caught the evening breeze, and we let the mountain do the heavy lifting: wildflowers at her feet, snowfields over her shoulder, and a lake like glass for the finale. Senior sessions up here feel more like a summer adventure than a photo shoot, and it shows in every expression.
Why take senior photos on Mt Hood?
Because nowhere else in Oregon gives you meadows, mountain, and lake in a single evening. If you are planning ahead for your own session, I put together a full guide to booking senior photos in the class of 2027 senior guide, including timing, outfits, and my favorite locations.
